You may be asked to sign a copy of these Terms and Conditions

1. Normal operating hours are between 9.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Friday. (Weekend lessons are subject to a 50% surcharge of the lesson fee). Please also be aware that phone calls, emails and text messages are generally not answered outside the above working hours

2. Payment for lessons can be made via bank transfer or cash and are to be paid in advance, either the day before the lesson or on the day latest. Interest of 10% will be charged for lessons unpaid after 7 days. Receipts and invoices can be supplied upon request

3. Please note! If a lesson is cancelled with 48 hours' notice, there will be no charge. If a lesson is cancelled with 24 hours' notice, 50% of the lesson fee will be due. If less than 24 hours' notice, the full lesson fee will be payable

4. Lessons booked in advance may be postponed, if necessary, to another slot in the same week. Should a slot not be available the lesson fee will be payable as detailed above. Students should be aware that it is advisable to adhere to booked lesson times and days as there is no guarantee another slot will be, or will become, available due to the current volume of learners. Lesson reminders are not sent. It is the student's responsibility to remember the lesson day and time once confirmed

5. Block booked lessons (usually in blocks of 10) are paid in advance. They are to be taken within 4 months of booking, unless otherwise agreed, after which time no refund will become due for any untaken lessons
